- Free delivery is offered on all items delivered to mainland UK, which are posted out Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). No items are dispatched over the weekend.
- The free delivery service is a 48hr service (working days) with a 1 day dispatch time. We endeavour to dispatch orders same working day if made before 2pm. Our working days are Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), order placed over the weekend or bank holidays will be shipped next working day.
- The next day delivery service (which has an additional charge) is a next working day service. Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays are not classed as working days by the courier. If you require a Saturday delivery service this is extra, please inquire before placing your order. For example, an order placed before 2pm on Friday with a paid next day delivery service will be scheduled for delivery on the Monday.
- Some parcel shelves sent to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands will be incur an additional charge, please enquire before ordering.
- Collection once payment has been made via is also welcome.
