Terms of service

- If you are unhappy with the item for whatever reason, please contact us via e-mail or phone to discuss the issue and a return / refund can arranged.

- All items are security marked and carefully packaged before being sent using a fast delivery service to avoid courier damage. We ask all customers to inspect goods before signing to ensure it hasn't been damaged in transit. If the courier refuses to wait, then simply sign as DAMAGED so a claim can be made against them if necessary.

- If the item is damaged, faulty, unwanted or not as described then we will provide a full refund if a replacement part cannot supplied. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged or faulty part so a prompt resolution can be actioned.

- Select Automotive Group Ltd operates a 30 day return policy, so the item must be returned back to us within 30 days of the sale date. The item will be inspected on return for our security marks, if these have been removed then we wont be able to process the refund as we aren't able to establish if the returned item is the same one that was originally sent out. The item must be returned in brand new clean original condition with all original accessories (where applicable). We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or no refund where these conditions are not met.

- All new items are covered by a 1 year manufacturer warranty (from date of purchase), providing that the part is fitted by a qualified mechanic/garage with receipt of proof. We will look to replace items which have failed within the first year from the sale date, if we are unable to do this a refund will be provided. Unfortunately any labour changes incurred won't be covered and will not be refunded.
